Our Policies

At Backyard “Living” Guide, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to be as transparent as possible with our service delivery, processes, and policies. The following Fulfillment Policy outlines how we manage refunds, delivery timelines, returns, and cancellations for our various services including 3D design, 1-on-1 coaching, and memberships.

Messaging Policy

Message and data rates may apply.

You will receive up to 15 messages per month.

You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP as a response to any of our messages. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

Refund Policy

3D Design Services
For 3D design projects, refunds will be available under the following conditions:

Cancellation within 48 hours of initial payment will result in a full refund.
No refunds will be issued after cancellation period has expired.

1-on-1 Coaching

Coaching sessions must be cancelled within 48 hours of initial payment for a refund
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations after the 48 hours of initial payment.

Membership Subscriptions

Membership fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your membership at any time; however, no pro-rated refunds will be issued.

Delivery Policy

3D Design Services

The first draft of the design will be Presented via Video Conference within 3-6 weeks (during peak season this could be up to 8 weeks) after initial items have been populated.
Final designs will be delivered upon approval from the client and completion of any requested revisions.

1-on-1 Coaching
Coaching sessions are delivered via an agreed-upon platform (Zoom, Skype, etc.) and must be scheduled in advance.

Membership Content
Access to membership content is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Return Policy

As we deal primarily in digital services, we do not have a return policy for physical goods. All sales are final.

Projects can be cancelled within 48 hours of initial payment for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after cancellation period has expired.

1-on-1 Coaching
Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Membership Subscriptions
Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but fees are non-refundable.
